Row houses and town houses are less prevalent here in Laval than in neighboring Montreal because it's less urban, but those that do exist go for an average of $233,000. For this price, which is similar to prices for Trinity Bellwoods real estate, you'll get three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a single car garage.
Condos
Just like more and more condos are popping up in Toronto suburbs like Mississauga and North York, condos are becoming increasingly popular in the Montreal suburb of Laval. A standard condo unit with two bedrooms, a small balcony, and building simple building amenities like a gym and parking, goes for an average of $206,000. Luxury units with extra rooms, en-suite laundry, and common facilities like a pool, go for closer to $374,000.
